Brief and Overview
A bright, flexible workplace created to support focused work, collaboration and time away from the desk.
Prior to lockdown, automotive retailing company Peter Vardy tasked Chrystal & Hill with bringing its vision for a healthy, vibrant and comfortable new headquarters to life. The aim was to make the most of the open, airy space by introducing bright and comfortable furniture that supported staff wellbeing.
The finished workplace gives employees the flexibility to work independently in quieter settings or come together to collaborate, brainstorm and relax. A carefully selected range of products from different brands and manufacturers was used to create a coordinated interior across the office.
The breakout and collaborative areas were given a distinct look and feel from the main working environment, helping to separate the more corporate office spaces from the brighter, more informal areas.

The completed head office provides a varied and welcoming environment designed around the needs of its staff.

The result is a balanced workplace that combines professional office areas with vibrant social spaces, supporting comfort, wellbeing and different ways of working throughout the day.
