  • I was off yesterday but feedback from staff was fantastic, we use the kitchen chairs for EVERY meeting, and at allocations yesterday, everyone was talking about the new comfy chairs and how nice they were and how much better the kitchen looks with the new table ( and my Fire Risk Assessment can be 'ticked')
    Your delivery boys were great & I had put all our 'to be uplifted' stuff outside my door: 5 filing cabinets, 18 chairs etc etc... and they took them all away for me, really nice touch and really nice guys
    I had my treasurer in today and he was mighty impressed with it all, not an easy man to please!
    So from all at Forth valley Advocacy and ME - thank you SO much for everything (we got there in the end!!!) absolute pleasure doing business with you and your company as a whole and I will be in touch as soon as I need any other chairs, tables or any other office furniture, would be daft to go anywhere else.

  • I recently bought some second hand office chairs and was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the chairs when they arrived. I was a little worried that they may be a little worse for wear as they were second hand, but they were in excellent condition and were spotlessly clean. I also found that the staff were both friendly and helpful and the chairs arrived earlier than expected. I would highly recommend Chrystal and Hill and am intending to use them again in the future.

It is a rare occurrence these days to get good customer service, including the individuals being polite so I thought it was worth mentioning that the delivery staff who attended were both punctual, helpful and extremely courteous, an asset to your service.

  • We recently extended our boardroom and wanted a new oak boardroom table to compliment the room. The space available was limited and the shape not square so I approached several companies asking for suggestions and designs. Lots of companies claimed to offer a 'bespoke' service but in reality they worked to fixed sizes and ranges. I was lucky enough to stumble across Chrystal & Hill Ltd via a google search and from the first time we made contact it was clear they were different. I liaised with a lady called Catriona McGuinness who could not do enough to help. Catriona came up with several designs to suit our space and we settled on a circular table. Plans and pictures were drawn together so we could see how our table looked. Even though a lot of time had been invested on Chrystal & Hills part, there was never any pressure to place the order. From start to finish the service we received was exceptional. I am pleased to say that the table was delivered this week (on time) and assembled on our premises. The results are more than we had hoped for and certainly makes the statement we were looking to make. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chrystal & Hill to anyone!
