Just to say thanks so much for all your help with regards to our reception desk. Although the showrooms haven't opened yet, each person that has come in has remarked and commented on the desk - it really is the main talking point. Also could you pass on my thanks to the guys who delivered it and set it up. Both were so helpful and worked so efficiently in setting it up, they are a credit to your company.

I just wanted to drop you a wee email to commend the delivery staff who brought the furniture last Friday. It is a rare occurrence these days to get good customer service, including the individuals being polite so I thought it was worth mentioning that the delivery staff who attended were both punctual, helpful and extremely courteous, an asset to your service.

Thank you very much for your amazing customer Service and express delivery today which allowed us to put the 2.5M Boardroom in the Window!! While the double glazing was been repaired.
An absolutely brilliant result (as you will see) which we are delighted with.

Chrystal & Hill gave us a quote, followed it up with an email to check we had all of the information we needed, arranged delivery to suit us - free in Glasgow - and Chrystal & Hill were the lowest price in the UK for what we wanted! Nice to get some old-fashioned, proper service from a local company.

We recently extended our boardroom and wanted a new oak boardroom table to compliment the room. The space available was limited and the shape not square so I approached several companies asking for suggestions and designs. Lots of companies claimed to offer a 'bespoke' service but in reality they worked to fixed sizes and ranges. I was lucky enough to stumble across Chrystal & Hill Ltd via a google search and from the first time we made contact it was clear they were different. I liaised with a lady called Catriona McGuinness who could not do enough to help. Catriona came up with several designs to suit our space and we settled on a circular table. Plans and pictures were drawn together so we could see how our table looked. Even though a lot of time had been invested on Chrystal & Hills part, there was never any pressure to place the order. From start to finish the service we received was exceptional. I am pleased to say that the table was delivered this week (on time) and assembled on our premises. The results are more than we had hoped for and certainly makes the statement we were looking to make. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chrystal & Hill to anyone!

From making initial contact to arranging for delivery that would suit our requirements the team couldn't have been more helpful, particularly Graham one of the branch managers and Shug and his delivery team who turned up early in the morning to help get our office all set up. The flexibility, support and can do attitude displayed at all times went a long way and built a great deal of confidence in the service we were being provided. Having relocated our business to the Clarkston area of the city, we required some additional office furniture and equipment.

From the very first phone call to the first time I visited their premises and subsequent order, I was hugely impressed;
The lady I deal with is Julie and she could not be more helpful and accommodating. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, without being pushy.
She will advise you on what she feels will best suit, bearing in mind your budget and if she cannot get you the product you want, she will make it her job to find it!
She is very good at keeping in touch by email or by phone too.
I now use them as a default supplier for all my business needs for both offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
All in all I would readily recommend Chrystal and Hill for either new or second hand furniture.
