We received the receipt and key for the filing cabinet, and just wanted to say thank you very much.

Arthur really appreciated your help when he came in to see the cabinets and also in getting the cabinet in to his van.

He really felt that everyone he spoke to while he was there, were professional and polite and friendly. He felt that the treatment he received was superb and particularly as we were only buying one wee cabinet, but he felt he could not have been looked after any better if he had been furnishing a large office.

I was off yesterday but feedback from staff was fantastic, we use the kitchen chairs for EVERY meeting, and at allocations yesterday, everyone was talking about the new comfy chairs and how nice they were and how much better the kitchen looks with the new table ( and my Fire Risk Assessment can be “ticked”) Your delivery boys were great – I had put all our “to be uplifted” stuff outside my door – 5 filing cabinets – 18 chairs etc etc .. and they took them all away for me – really nice touch and really nice guys I had my treasurer in today and he was mighty impressed with it all – not an easy man to please! So from all at Forth valley Advocacy and ME - thank you SO much for everything – (we got there in the end !!! ) absolute pleasure doing business with you and your company as a whole and I will be in touch as soon as I need any other chairs, tables or any other office furniture – would be daft to go anywhere else

We recently extended our boardroom and wanted a new oak boardroom table to compliment the room. The space available was limited and the shape not square so I approached several companies asking for suggestions and designs. Lots of companies claimed to offer a ‘bespoke’ service but in reality they worked to fixed sizes and ranges. I was lucky enough to stumble across Chrystal & Hill Ltd via a google search and from the first time we made contact it was clear they were different. I liaised with a lady called Catriona McGuinness who could not do enough to help. Catriona came up with several designs to suit our space and we settled on a circular table. Plans and pictures were drawn together so we could see how our table looked. Even though a lot of time had been invested on Chrystal & Hills part, there was never any pressure to place the order. From start to finish the service we received was exceptional. I am pleased to say that the table was delivered this week (on time) and assembled on our premises. The results are more than we had hoped for and certainly makes the statement we were looking to make.
